Our Exchange & Returns system is only available for customers who have placed their orders on our official website zaydns.com. If you have purchased our products from any other website or app, please refer to the instructions provided there.
For an incorrect order delivered, it will be a free exchange or amount full refund. For a correct order delivered, a reverse shipping fee of ₹ 200/- will be charged on the new exchange or will be deducted from the refund amount.
An incorrect order includes delivery of the incorrect size, color, and product originally ordered, as well as defected products.
Exchange in which an incorrect order is delivered, The command of PICKUP (Delivered product from Customer’s address) and DELIVERY (of exchanged Products from Zaydn) are given Simultaneously, Where sometimes the delivered product gets picked up First from customers, then they receive the Exchanged pair or vice Versa.
Exchange in which the correct order is delivered First, the order is picked up from the customer, then the new exchanged pair is shipped after the QC team has verified the validity of the claims.
The Whole process of Exchange can take upto 7-10 working days.
For refunds, customers are requested to wait at least 7 days after picking up their order, after which the QC team will verify the validity of their claims and initiate a refund.
These Exchange and return days are subjected to differ if there is a weekend, Festivals, Courier Company Strikes, National holidays etc.
It is mandatory to share photos of the product you received from 3-4 angles if you have received a different color or product than ordered to ensure a rapid and efficient response.
Exchanges and returns must be raised within 7 days of delivery after that they will not be entertained.
The customer will receive all notifications regarding exchanges and returns via email and text message at the phone number and email provided by the customer.
