DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery timelines vary by state, location and pincode. Certain pincodes, including some in Telangana and Hyderabad, may not be serviceable.

Deliveries may take longer during weekends, festivals, public holidays, courier strikes or website sales. Thank you for your patience during these periods.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

For approved exchanges: Your sneakers will be picked up and returned to our warehouse. Once they pass our quality inspection, your replacement pair will be dispatched.

For approved returns: Your sneakers will be picked up and returned to our warehouse. Once we inspect the product and verify your return claim, your refund will be initiated.

The complete pickup and exchange or refund process may take 7–10 working days. Timelines may vary due to weekends or public holidays.

To qualify for an exchange or refund, please ensure:

• The sneakers are unused.
• All items and complimentary gifts received with your order are included.
• The inner yellow/red shoe box is undamaged and reusable.

We’re unable to process an exchange or refund if these conditions are not met.
