How To Modify/Cancel Order
1) Modification/Cancellation Request Timeline
Customers must inform us about the Modification/Cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, clearly mentioning the Order ID.
Modification/Cancellation requests are accepted only through the Order Modification/Cancellation Form and must be submitted within the specified timeline. Any cancellation requests made via email, Instagram, WhatsApp, or any other channel apart from the official Order Modification/Cancellation Form will not be entertained. Thank you for your understanding.
2) Post-Dispatch Modification/Cancellation
Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
3) Confirmation from Our Team
A Modification/Cancellation will be considered valid only after confirmation from our customer support team via email.
