For an incorrect order delivered, it will be a free exchange or full amount refund. For a correct order delivered, a reverse shipping fee of ₹ 200/- will be charged on the new exchange or will be deducted from the refund amount.
An incorrect order includes delivery of the incorrect size, color, and product originally ordered, as well as defected products.
Products sold in SALE at ₹ 899/- or less are eligible for only size exchanges with ₹ 200/- reverse shipping fee and can only be returned if they are damaged or incorrect.
Snuggle slides are not eligible for exchanges or returns
The Whole process of Exchanges & Refunds can take upto 7-10 working days.
Customers are requested to wait at least 7-10 days after picking up their order, after which the QC team will verify the validity of their claims and initiate the exchanges & refund.
These Exchange and return days are subjected to differ if there is a weekend, Festivals, Courier Company Strikes, National holidays etc.
It is mandatory to share photos of the product you received from 4-5 angles if you have received a different color or product than ordered to ensure a rapid and efficient response.
Exchanges and returns must be raised within 7 days of delivery after that they will not be entertained.
The customer will receive all notifications regarding exchanges and returns via email and text message at the phone number and email provided by the customer.
Returns and exchange requests that have been rejected once will not be entertained again via Instagram DM, mail, Helpline, etc.
